MY REVIEW:This book is one of the favorites for me for 2017!
This book blew me away. Hendrix was a hot alpha guy who got whoever he wanted, whenever he wanted. He was always upfront about not wanting a relationship, didn't really even want to date, you were lucky to get conversation before you were in bed with him. It's worked well for him and he didn't see a reason to change.
Then he meets Trinity. I love Trinny and her outlook on life, she has her friends and family feeling that's all she really she needs. She hasn't always had it easy but she's making the best of it. She doesn't see herself in a relationship, then she meets Hendrix.
Hendrix changes everything for her. I do mean EVERYTHING. I love the buildup of their relationship, the slow burn, the snarky, laugh out loud comments towards each other. It all adds another layer to the story.
I absolutely loved Hendrix and Trinny as a couple. I loved who they became, how they were good by themselves but when they became a couple they were great. You could FEEL the love that they had for each other. The kind that makes your chest ache with the beauty of it.
You can tell that Gillian did a lot of research to get her facts straight while writing this. Cannot wait for the other characters to get their book so I can read about them. This author is a definite one click for me!
