MY REVIEW:
Holy smokes!!!! Emotional overflow warning!! I knew from the blurb that this was my kind of book and I was right. The emotions just poured out of the pages and would make me hold my breath, laugh, cry, sigh, and gasp. I swear this book just grabs you from the very first chapter.
What these two people go through is heart wrenching. Porter and Charlotte are two broken people who are just trying to get through each day. Porter is everything she needs but is afraid, afraid of so many things. He's proven to her that he can be what she needs but in the end will it be enough?
I felt every emotion deep in my soul. I cried quite a bit but I was also smiling throughout the book. I knew this author was going to rip my heart to shreds and make me ugly cry. Boy did I ever! Cannot wait to read book 2 so I can get closure for my emotional distress. Loving this duet!!!
