You can feel the grief that Josh is going through, you literally BREATHE it. It becomes a part of you and you feel it down to your bones. The author takes you through all of his emotions and makes them yours. My heart truly hurt for him and what he'd lost.
My spirit soared as he was learning how to live again and him realizing that it was ok to love someone else. That it didn't take away from the love that he had before but showed him that his heart had more room for him to love even more.
His family showed him that they were there for him no matter what he needed from them. That they would do anything that he needed without question. His family is the best!!!
